Copyright and Permissions

All rights for commissioned art are belong to the artist, as all rights for characters are to commissionerCommissioners are not permitted to use the commissioned artwork commercially. Commercial use, edit/modify or trace, claim credit, distribute or make merchandise/profit, use for advertising, etc are strictly forbidden. All artworks that commissioned are for PERSONAL use only.NSFW commission are only allowed for 18+. Proof might be needed upon ordering commission.If commissioner want to use artwork commercially please kindly contact artist first, Royalties percentage will be negotiated.Commissioned artwork used as profile picture or to decorate page are permitted.Commissioners are not permitted in any-kind to make profit by selling the commissioned artwork.Commissioners may not edit, alter, heavily reference or trace artwork without any notice or permission.Commissioners have all the rights to the character, also allowed to post their commission artworks publicly with credit required of any of the artist username (schonheit on DA, MutiaraNasution on twitter and instagram, or TaylaTaur in general).Commissioners are prohibited to act as a reseller or marketer. Commission as gift must be inform to artist so extra fees or discounts may be discussed. If any violation discovered by artists, artist have all rights to blacklisted commissioner and display any violation to artist association page.Example scenario: Any reporting for artworks of artist that commissioner post and make any rule violation, false remark, or discredit. Also violation of reselling to get any profit from others in any-kind (this is include gifting art to international relative/friend, International will be/must be charge in USD or Equivalent to National Standard Exchanges, IDR price are privileged to Indonesian only)

Idr buyers can be done through several options BCA, Gopay, Jenius, or OVOTips are greatly appreciated.For commissions over $200 partial payment can be done.Refunds will only take place under two conditions: one, if artist have not started on commission; two, if there are circumstances where’s artist will not be able to do commission. Otherwise, refunds are not allowed.Thank you
